A SPECIAL EVENING MENU TO WELCOME THE FIRST DAYS OF SPRING ON 28 MARCH 2019

We will be celebrating the start of spring with a delectable five-course Special Tasting Menu available for £50 per head on 28 March 2019.

Menu

1. Leek, Potato and Bacon Soup;
2. Beetroot Tartare, Celeriac, Smoked Almond, Confit egg yolk;
3. Monkfish, Mussels, Kaffir Lime, Potato;
4. Spring Lamb Shoulder, Cannon and Rib, Wild Garlic, Purple Sprouting Broccoli and Beans;
5. Rhubarb, Ginger and Custard;
6. White Chocolate Tart, Lime Ripple Ice Cream.

A selection of pairing wines to accompany as an optional extra at £25.00 include:

  • Small (125ml) glass of Chapeldown Bacchus, England with the Beetroot
  • Small (125ml) glass of Roman Road Chardonnay, England with the Monkfish
  • Small (125ml) glass of Keith Tulloch Shiraz, Australia with the Lamb
  • Small (50ml) glass of Chapeldown Nectar, England with the Tarte
