A special evening menu to welcome the first days of spring on 28 March 2019 at 6.30 pm for 7pm start
At just £50 per head the menu consists of:
1. Leek, Potato and Bacon Soup;
2. Beetroot Tartare, Celeriac, Smoked Almond, Confit egg yolk;
3. Monkfish, Mussels, Kaffir Lime, Potato;
4. Spring Lamb Shoulder, Cannon and Rib, Wild Garlic, Purple Sprouting Broccoli and Beans;
5. Rhubarb, Ginger and Custard;
6. White Chocolate Tart, Lime Ripple Ice Cream.
