Victuals are hosting another special tasting event. On 29 November 2018, starting at 19:00 for 19:30, our game tasting evening will feature:
- A warming seasonal cocktail on arrival
- Bread and butter
- Game Terrine, beetroot and currants
- Roast mallard, honey soy, wild mushrooms and chicory
- Rabbit, celeriac, parsnip and quail egg
- Venison, butter squash, savoy cabbage, blackberry and dauphinoise potato
- Pear and walnut tarte tatin with praline ice cream
A selection of pairing wines to accompany will be available as an optional extra.
